Walter, a seasoned financial professional, is founder and managing director of WGA, an early-stage life science-focused investment bank. Since 2001, WGA has raised $360M for two dozen early-stage life science companies with returns over $640M from exits to date. A lifelong entrepreneur and experienced “hands-on” executive, Walter has held operating roles in many of those portfolio companies in their formative years. He received his BA from Yale, an MA from Oxford, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

From 1985 to 2005 he worked for Battery Ventures focusing on computer and software investments. In 2006 he helped to found Tiandi Capital in Shanghai, focusing on cleantech investments. He has also personally invested in a number of biotech and medtech companies, including Wuxi Pharmatech. Ollie has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an Sc.B. in Biochemistry from Brown University.

Shay is the Managing Partner of Greenfield Partners, a technology Investment Fund focused on Growth stage companies. He is also a senior advisor to TPG Growth. Prior to that, Shay was the CEO of Illuminare Biotechnologies and Managing Director of Thylacine Capital. Shay holds a B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University and EMBA from Columbia Business School.

Eric Edidin founded Endo Ventures in 2013 to address a deficit of early-stage capital focused on companies tackling diabetes and other major global health challenges. He is also President of Three B Holdings, a private family investment company, and co-founded Archer Capital Management, an institutional asset management firm, in 2006. Previously, he was a portfolio manager and co-head of credit investments at York Capital Management, a member of the Morgan Stanley Capital Partners global private equity team, and a member of Blackstone Group's restructuring advisory team. Mr. Edidin is an executive board member of the JDRF of Los Angeles and serves on the investment committees of the Jewish Communal Fund of New York and the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles. He holds a B.B.A. with highest distinction from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
